About Us – Setupstand Architecture
Everything starts with an idea. We turn that idea into space.
Since 2016, Setupstand Architecture has set out with a passion for designing creative and functional spaces through modular systems. At trade fairs and events, we build not just stands but unforgettable experience areas that bring brands’ identities to the show floor.
Our patented aluminium profile system combines with different materials to offer aesthetics and functionality together. With advantages such as fast installation, high flexibility and sustainability, this system brings the aesthetics of custom production together with the practicality of modular solutions.
No fabrication or painting is needed during installation. All components arrive ready for assembly and are quickly integrated into the fair site by our expert team. Throughout the process, from installation until the end of the fair, we provide 24/7 technical support.

Setupstand Architecture Trade Fair Stands and Trade Fair Stand Design
“Trade Fair Stand” is a process covering the design and fabrication of stands for various events. In this process, a stand customised to the customer’s needs is designed first. After the design is approved, the materials of the stand are selected and production begins. The materials used in production should generally be lightweight and durable. For example, materials such as wood, metal, glass, plastic or fabric can be preferred.
“Trade fair stand design” is generally a temporary space a company uses to promote its products or services at a fair or exhibition. These stands are designed for the company to present itself, interact with customers and show its products or services to potential customers. Within a specially prepared stand, the company can display images of its products, logos, brochures, videos and other marketing materials. Trade fair stand rental can also serve goals such as winning new customers, exporting, and opening up to global markets, especially at international trade fairs.
